Back to techno this week as we head north to Sweden and the home of the shadowy producer who goes by the name of Abdulla Rashim. Over the last few years and via a series of critically acclaimed 12”s Rashim has forged a unique style of deep, motoric techno that has crystalised into the tougher sounds of his debut album “Unanimity” released on his own Northern Electronics label. As well as solo work and remixes Rashim has also collaborated with his compatriot Varg in the dark ambient duo “Ulwhednar”. This week we also feature the resurrection of Function’s label Infrastructure New York and new material from Rødhåd, Answer Code Request and more.

Volvemos al techno esta semana mientras nos dirigimos al norte a Suecia y el hogar de la sombría productor que se conoce con el nombre de Abdulla Rashim. En los últimos años ya través de una serie de aclamada 12″s Rashim ha forjado un estilo único de techno profunda y motora que ha cristalizado en los sonidos más duros de su álbum debut “Unanimity” publicado en su propio sello Northern Electronics. Así como el trabajo en solitario y remixes Rashim también ha colaborado con su compatriota Varg en el dúo dark ambient “Ulwhednar”. Esta semana también contamos con la resurrección del sello Infrastructure New York de Function y el nuevo material de Rødhåd, Answer Code Request y más.
